Logging in to 1Red online: browser, app and security

Players in eligible countries sign in to 1Red in a browser or the web app with their registration email and password. UK residents cannot hold an account. Steps, recovery and online security are below.

Go to 1red.com or open the web app, tap or click SIGN IN, enter your e-mail address and your password and confirm. See App.

Forgotten details

Forgot Your Password? sends a reset link to your account email; if that email is gone, support may ask for proof of identity or address before changing it.

Connection and page problems

If the page or a game will not load, clear the browser cache or try another browser. «must be completed» means a field is empty; a disabled account means self-exclusion or suspension — ask support (Get help).

Online security

Enable two-factor authentication, use a unique password and only type it on 1red.com or the web app installed from it. 1Red never asks for your password by email, chat or phone. See Healthy play.
